Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

Go-IT ApS, Poppel Alle 71, 3500 Værløse, Denmark, CVR 30819985, runs AIvisible (aivisible.dk) and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@aivisible.dk.

This policy covers data about the people who use AIvisible: you and your colleagues. When you upload data that contains personal data (for example search-term reports), we process it on your behalf as your processor, under the data processing agreement.

2. What we collect, why, and on what legal basis

We don't collect sensitive personal data, we don't sell data, and we don't use your data for advertising.

3. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you logged in (for up to 30 days). Reports remember whether you chose light or dark mode in your browser's local storage. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner. If we add analytics, we'll ask for your consent first.

4. Who we share data with

We use these providers (processors) to run the service. They only process data on our instructions:

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are US companies or may process data in the US. We only use providers that are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or have signed the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses, so your data has an adequate level of protection.

6. How long we keep data

  • Account data: while you have an account; deleted within 30 days after you close it.
  • Invoices and billing records: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
  • Login requests (IP address and time): about 2 days.
  • Error and usage logs: 90 days.
  • Backups: data can remain in backups for up to 30 days after deletion.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@aivisible.dk; we answer within a month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

8. Security

Data is stored in the EU and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Logins use one-time email links, so we don't store passwords. Only people who need it for running the service have access.

9. Changes

We'll update this policy when the service or the law changes, and email you about important changes.
